Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts tend to be processed faster.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details you provide at the time of withdrawal are correct. bet8 is not responsible for any delay or loss caused by incorrect information.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳10,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and rules, which are stated on the promotions page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be withdrawn only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in cancellation of all bonuses.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or bets.

5.4 VIP Program

bet8 operates three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Regularly active players can gradually advance to higher tiers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. bet8 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to technical faults.

6.2 Results & Settlement

All bet results will be settled according to bet8's own management system. In the event of a dispute over any result, bet8's decision will be considered final, unless a clear technical error is proven.

6.3 Sports Betting

General rules applicable to all sports bets must be followed. Bets can be placed across various markets in cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Participation in match-fixing or irregular activities is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Casino & Slot Games

bet8 casino and slot games are provided by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and follow fair play principles.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet8 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years old).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a fake or false identity.
• Misusing bonuses or bonus farming.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
